Blue Stone — Small Relief | Orange

Orange letterforms stand out against a pale square surface.

This Blue Stone relief gives a graphic gesture a physical edge. The raised orange forms cast small shadows onto the ground beneath them, changing the reading of the composition as the light shifts. Its compact square format offers a concentrated view of Benjamin Van Oost’s interest in marks, structure and the space between forms.
